II I I I I I I , ORDINANCE NO. /4- c_ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, ANNEXING LANDS SITUATE AND BEING IN SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT: From the intersection of the North right of way of State Road 436 and the East right of way of State Road #15- 600 (U.S. 17-92), run thence Northeasterly along said East right of way of State Road #15-600 1010.04 feet to its intersection with the North line of the South 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 17, Township 21 South, Range 30 East, thence East along said North line 36.34 feet to the point of beginning of this description, thence South 150 36' W 91.8 feet, thence South 700 2' East 309.1 feet, thence South 190 58' West 244.0 feet, thence o , 0 South 70 7 E 280.0 feet, thence North 19 58' East 266.0 feet, thence South 700 2' East 293.0 feet, thence North 180 41' 40" E 389.5 feet to aforesaid North line of South 1/2 of SE 1/4, thence West along the aforesaid North line of South 1/2 of SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 to the point of beginning, TO THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA; DEFINING CONDITIONS; REDEFINING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, TO INCLUDE SAID PARCEL OF LAND IN THE MUNICIPAL LIMITS OF SAID CITY. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has announced its intention to annex certain lands lying contiguous to the said City, and WHEREAS, due notice of the anticipated adoption of this Ordinance has been given by the City of Casselberry in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and WHEREAS, said tract of land lies in Seminole County, Florida, and is specifically described in this Ordinance, and WHEREAS, objections to such annexation have been con- sidered and public hearings held, and it appearing in the best interest of the City of Casselberry, Florida, to annex said property, subject to specific conditions and restrictions;
