<br />WHEREAS, said tracts of land lie in Seminole County,
<br />
<br />Florida, and are specifically described in this Ordinance, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, objections to such annexation have been con-
<br />
<br />sidered and public hearings held, and it appearing in the best
<br />
<br />interest of the City of Casselberry, Florida, to annex said prop-
<br />
<br />erties subject to specific conditions and restrictions;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY
<br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA:

<br />SECTION I - ANNEXATION - That the City of Casselberry,
<br />
<br />Florida, does herewith and hereby annex those certain tracts of
<br />
<br />land lying in Seminole County, Florida, and more particularly
<br />
<br />described as follows, to-wit:
<br />
<br />a) Lot 3 and the Southerly 15 feet of Lot 2,
<br />Block B, SOUTH FERN PARK SUBDIVISION,
<br />according to the Plat thereof as recorded
<br />in Plat Book 7, Page 61, Public Records
<br />of Seminole County, Florida.

<br />b) Lot 4, Block B, SOUTH FERN PARK SUBDIVI-
<br />SION, according to the Plat thereof as
