<br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY,
<br />FLORIDA, ANNEXING LANDS SITUATE AND BEING IN
<br />SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND DESCRIBED AS
<br />FOLLOWS: Lot 3 and the Southerly 15 feet of
<br />Lot 2, Block B, South Fern Park Subdivision,
<br />according to the Plat thereof as recorded in
<br />Plat Book 7, Page 61, Public Records of Semi-
<br />nole County, Florida; Lot 4, Block B, South
<br />Fern Park Subdivision, according to the Plat
<br />thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 61,
<br />Public Records of Seminole County, Florida;
<br />Lot 5, Block B, South Fern Park Subdivision,
<br />according to the Plat thereof as recorded in

<br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Casselberry,

<br />Florida, has heretofore announced its intention to annex certain

<br />lands lying contiguous to the said City, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, due notice of the anticipated adoption of this
<br />
<br />Ordinance was given by the City of Casselberry, Florida, by pub-

<br />1ication in The Sanford Herald each week for four consecutive
<br />
<br />weeks, and in accordance with the requirements of the City
