<br />[ . <br /> <br />SECTION THREE - REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />3-A. Reports Following Meetings. The board shall <br />submit its written report of business conducted at each of its <br />meetings to the city council within fifteen (15) days following <br />such meeting. <br />3-B. Recommendations. The board shall submit its <br />written recommendations to the city council from time to time <br />as same are available. <br />3-C. Nature of Communications. All reports, recom- <br />mendations and communications between the board and the city <br /> <br />council shall be advisory in nature. <br /> <br /> <br />3-D. Reports, et cetera, Public Records. All resolu- <br /> <br /> <br />tions, reports, transactions, findings and determinations of the <br /> <br /> <br />board shall be kept in the office of the city clerk and shall be <br /> <br /> <br />a public record. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION FOUR - ULTIMATE COMPREHENSIVE CITY PLAN <br /> <br /> <br />4-A. Plan Defined. The comprehensive plan shall <br /> <br /> <br />consist of statements of policy, charts, maps and plans which <br /> <br /> <br />will together provide a coordinated, comprehensive, long-range <br /> <br /> <br />plan and program for the future physical development and improve- <br /> <br /> <br />ment of the city. <br /> <br /> <br />4-B. Plan Shall Include. Such comprehensive city <br />plan shall include among other things, the general location, <br /> <br />character and extent of land use, traffic-ways, parks and recre- <br /> <br />ation, public buildings, public service facilities, neighborhood <br />treatment, public schools and other appropriate aspects of <br /> <br />community growth and betterment. <br /> <br />SECTION FIVE - CONFLICTS <br />That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict <br /> <br />-4- <br />
