<br />Planning & Zoning Commission! <br />Local Planning Agency <br />March 11, 2009 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />Sixth Item of Business: Other Business - Commission Procedural update <br /> <br />Ms. Smith stated that Mr. Parkhurst requested Ms. Robin Drage, Assistant City Attorney, provide a <br /> <br />procedural update to the Planning and Zoning Commission. Ms. Robin Drage gave a brief overview of due process, <br /> <br />ex parte communications, the information that should to be included in motions and the basic format of the <br /> <br />In response to the Commission's question, Ms. Drage said she would research <br /> <br />required time frame <br /> <br />Board members to discuss a previous agenda item. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, motion was made, seconded, and passed to <br /> <br />adjourn. <br /> <br />Tapes of the meeting are available as a matter of public record. <br /> <br /> <br />
