The Planning and Zoning Commission requested staff to move forward with the final ordinance. Sixth Item of Business: Other Business Ms. Smith distributed the yearly meeting calendar for the Planning and Commission A brief discussion ensued regarding the November meetings. The Commission agreed to cancel the November 11 November 25 meetings due to the Veteran's Day and the Thanksgiving holiday and reschedule one meeting November 18, 2009.
