Ms. Smith said she would finalize <br /> <br />ordinance for Ms. Reichmann's <br /> <br />review and the item would be advertised for the next Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />A general discussion ensued regarding the areas that would qualify for <br /> <br />new two zoning districts, <br /> <br />availability of emergency equipment to meet the needs of the increased building height and the change of Bars <br /> <br />Lounges to Sales of Alcoholic Beverages on Table 2-5.3 Land Use by District chart. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission requested staff to move forward with the final ordinance. <br /> <br />Sixth Item of Business: Other Business <br /> <br />Ms. Smith distributed the yearly meeting calendar for the Planning and <br /> <br />Commission <br /> <br />A <br /> <br />brief discussion ensued regarding the November meetings. The Commission agreed to cancel the November 11 <br /> <br />November 25 meetings due to the Veteran's Day and the Thanksgiving holiday and reschedule one meeting <br /> <br />November 18, 2009. The Commission decided to discuss the December 2009 meeting date at a later time. <br /> <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding the status of Kingdom Hall project. Ms. Smith stated that <br /> <br />Specialists submitted a letter of appeal to the City Commission. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, motion was made, seconded, and to <br /> <br />adjourn. <br /> <br />Tapes of the meeting are available as a matter of public record. <br /> <br /> <br />
