<br />Planning & Zoning Commission! <br />Local Planning Agency <br />January 28, 2009 <br />Page 6 <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman. Mr. Van Meter respectfully declined the nomination, A vote was taken and Mr. Aramendia was <br /> <br />elected as temporary Vice-Chairman by a unanimous vote. <br /> <br />In response to the Planning and Zoning Commission's request, Mr. Senzee said that staff is reviewing the <br /> <br />tree mitigation portion of the code. A brief discussion ensued regarding <br /> <br />City's appeal of the Kingdom <br /> <br /> <br />mitigation. <br /> <br />A general discussion ensued regarding the City Code regarding fencing and the various types of permitted <br /> <br />fencing materials. Mr. Senzee said that the fencing code has recently been revised, <br /> <br />Mr. Henson stated that this is his last meeting and he has enjoyed serving on the Planning and Zoning <br /> <br />Commission and appreciated the assistance provided by staff. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, <br /> <br />was made, seconded, and passed to <br /> <br />adjourn. <br /> <br />Tapes of the meeting are available as a matter of public record. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Joni'Oixon, Secretary <br />
