<br /> <br />CASSELBERRY <br /> <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION! <br />LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY <br /> <br />The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission!Local Planning Agency held a public meeting on <br /> <br />Wednesday, January 14, 2009, at 6:30 P.M. in the Casselberry City <br /> <br />Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake <br /> <br />Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />Members present: <br />Michael Buchanan, Chairman <br />David Henson, Vice Chairman <br />Harley Parkhurst <br />Stanley Weinroth <br />Nathan Van Meter, Jr. <br />Edmund Bakalla <br />Anthony Aramendia <br />Daniel Hale, Alternate <br /> <br />Staff members present: <br />Sandra Smith, Chief Planner <br />Charles Senzee, Planner <br />Joni Dixon, Sr. Staff Assistant <br /> <br />First Item of Business: Approval of Minutes for the public meeting held on December 10, 2008. <br /> <br />Mr. Buchanan stated the Chair was open for a motion on the approval of minutes for the public meeting held <br /> <br />on Wednesday, December 2008. Mr. Henson moved to accept the December 10, 2008 minutes. Mr. Van <br /> <br />seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />Second Item of Business: CU 08-11: Green Parrot. Modification to a conditional use request for the sale of <br />alcoholic beverages in a CG zoning district. Property located at 280 East State Road 436, Suite 2930, <br />Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />Mr. Charles Senzee, Planner, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated January 8, <br /> <br />2009, to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community Development <br /> <br />Department). Mr. Senzee stated if the Planning and Zoning Commission chooses to approve the modification of the <br /> <br />conditions of approval for CU 08-11 to allow the on-site consumption of alcoholic beverages as allowed by the 4COP <br /> <br />state license at 280 East State Road 436, it would be based on the findings of fact and conclusions of the staff report <br />
