CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING FEBRUARY 12,2009, page 9 David Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. CE-08-03800 1412 Hilltop Rd I McLean, Velvet Overarown property 70-2 eCl Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor gave testimony for above case. David Henson made a motion to find Respondent in CEB Case #08-03800 in violation of City Code, Section 70-2 (C), and that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. 02/26/2009. Another hearing will be held before this Board on 03/12/2009 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a ime in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent is further ordered to contact the Code Inspector to verify compliance with this Order. Paul L. McKernan seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
