CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING FEBRUARY 12,2009, page 8 Kathleen A Hale made a motion to imd Respondents in CEB Case #08-03838 in violation of City Code, Section 1-4.3, and that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. 02/26/2009. Another hearing will be held before this Board on 03/12/2009 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a ime in the amount of $50.00 per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondents is further ordered to contact the Code Inspector to verify compliance with this Order. Robert C. Flint seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
