<br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 12,2009, page 6 <br /> <br />Mr. Casselberry passed copies ofthe search warrant to be shown to the Code Board members and gave testimony. <br /> <br />CES Brown stated is sounded like Mr. Casselberry was trying to contradict the decision of the Board. <br /> <br />Mr. Casselberry continued. <br /> <br />Ms. Nutcher stated whether Mr. Casselberry's allegations were correct or not, she did not believe they were correct, <br />would be the subject of a civil law suit or ifhe had properly taken his appeal rights within 30 days. For the purpose <br />of this meeting for request for reduction she suggested this was not relevant. If Mr. Casselberry had other points <br />that he wished to concisely make, they Board may wish to consider those. <br /> <br />Mr. Casselberry stated he could not hear Ms. Nutcher. <br /> <br />Ms. Nutcher asked if Mr. Casselberry had anything else. <br /> <br />Mr. Casselberry asked what Ms. Nutcher had told the Board. <br /> <br />Ms. Nutcher stated Mr. Casselberry's argument was irrelevant to this case. <br /> <br />Discussion. <br /> <br />Mr. Casselberry gave testimony. <br /> <br />Kenneth Beane, 2601 Wells Ave. Fern Park gave testimony. <br /> <br />Robert C. Flint made a motion that the reduction request be denied. <br /> <br />Kathleen A. Hale made a motion in CEB Case # 07-00672 be referred to the City Attorney for foreclosure <br />decision. <br /> <br />David Henson seconded the motion. <br /> <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />
