CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING FEBRUARY 12,2009, page 3 Kathleen A. Hale seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. CE-08-03533 460 Lowndes Square! Narain Overe:rown property RPT 70-2 (C) Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor advised that he above case was mowed by the City landscape contractor and was in compliance, fines in the amount of$50.00 plus $60.00 administrative fees should be added to the Board's order for the mowing. Robert C. Flint made a motion in CEB Case # 08-03533 that the Respondent did not comply with the Board's order of 01114/2009 but the violation has since been corrected by the City on 01/23/2009, therefore imes will be imposed as previously ordered, and, that Respondent is also responsible for the City's cost in the amount of $110.00 incurred in bringing the property into compliance. The Board imds that the expenses incurred by the City were reasonable and necessary to correct the violation. Kathleen A. Hale seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. CE-08-03616 1499 Park Drive/ Wilson Damae:ed window(s)/door(s) SBCCI 1994 305.7 & 305.13.2 Abandoned vehicle 82.13 CE-08-03617 1499 Park Drivel Wilson Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor advised that the above cases were non-compliant and the fines assessed set by the Board should be imposed. Hale made a motion to imd that Respondents in CEB Case #'s 08-03616 & 08-03617 did not comply with the Code Enforcement Board's Orders of 01114/2009 by the date specified in those Orders and that the imes will be imposed as set forth in that Orders. Hoffman Commercial vehicle parkine: 3-10.9 Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor advised that the above case was in compliance and no fine should be imposed. Robert C. Flint made a motion to fmd that Respondents in CEB Case# 08-03626 have complied with the Code Enforcement Board's Order of 01114/2009 by the date specified in that Order and no ime will be imposed.
