CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING DECEMBER 11,2008, page 9 CE-08-03219 2370 Barbados Drive Whitehurst/owner Over2rown property 70-2(C) Michele Lawrence, Code Enforcement Officer, gave testimony for the above case. Kathleen A. Hale made a motion to find Respondent in CEB Case #08-03219 in violation of City Code, Section 70-2 (C), and that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. 12/1812008. Another hearing will be held before this Board on 01108/2009 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day wlll be imposed for each aud every day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent is further ordered to contact the Code Inspector to verify compliauce with this Order. Alvera Armour seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. Hale made a motion to find Respondent in CEB Case #08-03222 in "iolation of City Code, Section 3-10.3, and that Respondent correct the violation before 1 :00 p.m. 12/18/2008. Another hearing will be held before this Board on 01/08/2009 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of $50.00 per day wlll be imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date. CE-08-03349 1411 Huntin2ton Drive Foster/owner Disabled/unlicensed vehicle 3-10.91. 4. b Marlene Broman, Code Enforcement Officer, gave testimony for the above case. As of 12/1112008 there has been no compliance. The City requested a Finding of Fact and a reasonable fine imposed, if not in compliance by the date set by the Board. Alvera Armour made a motion to find Respondent in CEB Case #08-03349 in violation of City Code, Section 3-10.9 1.4.b, and that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. 12/18/2008. Another hearing win be held before this Board on 01108/2009 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of $50.00 per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date.
