CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING DECEMBER 11, 2008, page 8 CE-08-03011 1320 Lancelot Way Orndorff/Sanchez/owners Over2rown property 70-2 (C) Marlene Broman, Code Enforcement Officer, gave testimony for the above case. As of 12/11/2008 this property is non-compliant. The City requested a reasonable fine. Alvera Armour made a motion to find Respondents in CEB Case #08-03011 in violation of City Code, Section 3-15.4 (A), and that Respondents correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. 12/18/2008. Another hearing will be held before this Board on 01108/2009 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondents are further ordered to contact the Code Inspector to verify compliance with this Order. Kathleen A. Hale seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. Flint made a motion to find Respondent in CEB Case #08-03078 in violation of City Code, Section 70-2 (C), and that Respondeut correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. 12/18/2008.
