<br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING <br />DECEMBER 11,2008, page 5 <br /> <br />Alvera Armour made a motion to fmd respondents in CEB Case # 08-02762 & 08-02764 have complied with <br />the Code Enforcement Board's Order of 11/19/2008 by the date specified in that Order and no fme will be <br />imposed. <br /> <br />Robert C. Flint seconded the motion. <br /> <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />CE-08-02765 250 Sunnvtown Road Donahue/Thomas/owners Fence maintenance 3-10.3 b <br /> <br />Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor, advised the Code Enforcement Board that the above case is non <br />compliant, by the date set by the Board and the fine of$25.00 per day should be imposed. <br /> <br />Robert C. Flint made a motion to find Respondents in CEB Case # 08-02765 did not comply with the Code <br />Enforcement Board's Order of 11/19/2008 by the date specified in that Order and that the fme will be <br />imposed as set forth in that Order. <br /> <br />Alvera Armour seconded the motion. <br /> <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />NEW CASES <br /> <br />CE-08-03501 317 S. Sunset Drive SAMO HT Corp/owner unsecured structure-tire 1-4.1 <br />which adopts FFPC 1-10 <br /> <br />Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor, gave testimony for the <br />the Fire Marshal were present to give testimony. <br /> <br />case. The owner of the property and <br /> <br />Tim Ippolito, Fire Marshal, gave testimony for the above case. FM Ippolito stated he had inspected the property on <br />12/11/2008 at 4 pm, the property was found to be in compliance. The City was requesting a Standing Order on this <br />property for future violations to be considered repeat violations. <br /> <br />Debra Babb-Nutcher, Assistant City Attorney swore the property owner. <br /> <br />Tom Hendricks, 120 Magnolia Drive, Altamonte Springs gave testimony. <br /> <br />Discussion. <br /> <br />Kathleen A. Hale made a motion to fmd Respondent in CEB Case # 08-03501 was in violation of City Code, <br />Sectionl-4.1 which adopts FFPC 1-10 and failed to correct the violation by the time specified for correction <br />by the Code Enforcement Officer; that the violation is now corrected; and that any violation of the same <br />code by Respondent within five (5) years from the date of this Order shall be treated as a repeat violation, <br />for which a fme of up to $500.00 per day may be imposed. <br /> <br />Alvera Armour seconded the motion. <br /> <br />The motion did not pass unanimously, Mr. Henderson voted nay, all others voted aye. <br />
