The paperwork requesting a <br />Reduction/Waiver of Lien has been submitted on 12/02/2008, and asked that this case be postponed once again <br />because of this. <br /> <br />Motion was made. This item will be heard on 01108/2009. <br /> <br />SUBSEQUENT HEARINQS <br /> <br />CE-08-00666 1301 Lancelot Way Cusack/owner <br /> <br />oven!rown property 70-2(C) <br /> <br />Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor, advised the Code Enforcement Board on the above case. A fine in <br />the amount of $500.00 for ten days of non-compliance plus 60.00 mowing for a total of $560.00 should be <br />imposed. <br /> <br />Robert C. Flint made a motion to fmd Respondent in CEB Case # CE-08-00666 did not comply with the <br />Board's Order of 11/19/2008, but that the violation has since been corrected by the City on 11/24/2008 and <br />therefore, a fme in the amount of $500.00 is hereby imposed, and that the Respondent is responsible for the <br />City's cost in the amount of $60.00 incurred in bringing the subject property into compliance. The Board <br />finds the expenses incurred by the City were reasonable and necessary to correct the violations. <br /> <br />Alvera Armour seconded the motion. <br /> <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Flint amended his motion to reflect the correction date by the City as 12/04/2008. <br /> <br />Alvera Armour seconded the amended motion. <br /> <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />CE-08-01587 3315 S Hi2:hwav 17/92 R I C 25 LTD/owner Minimum maintenance 3-10.3 <br /> <br />Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor, advised the Code Enforcement Board that the above case is in <br />compliance and no fine should be imposed. <br />
