<br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING <br />DECEMBER 11, 2008 <br /> <br />The City of Casselberry's Code Enforcement Board held its regular meeting Thursday, December 11,2008, at 7:00 <br />p.m., City of Casselberry Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. Richard L. <br />Henderson, Chairperson, called the meeting to order at 7 :05 pm. Alvera Armour; Vice-Chairperson led the Pledge <br />of Allegiance. Mr. Henderson asked ifit were alright to skip reading the Format for Proceedings due to there only <br />being staff present. McKernan Absent <br />Phillip Weekley - Present <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Robert C. Flint made a motion to approve the minutes from the November 13, 2008 Code Enforcement Board <br />Meeting. <br /> <br />Alvera Armour seconded the motion. <br /> <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />SWEARING IN OF THOSE IN ATTENDANCE <br /> <br />Debra Babb-Nutcher, Assistant City Attorney, swore in those who <br /> <br />testify. <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION OF CASES <br /> <br />Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor advised incidents presented at the 12/11/2008 Hearing occurred <br />within the jurisdiction of the City of Casselberry. All testimony, photographs, presentation and evidence were all <br />offered as part of the official record. <br />
