<br />6. Liahting: All incandescent bulbs in, on, or attached to any portable sign <br />shall be P. A. R.-rated outdoor lamps of not more than 100 watts; however, <br />spot-type bulbs are prohibited. Animation is prohibited on all portable signs. <br /> <br />7. Required label: Each portable sign shall have permanently affixed and <br />prominently displayed the name, business address, and/or phone number <br />of the owner of the sign. <br /> <br />8. Number: No more than one (1) portable sign is permitted per premises. <br /> <br />B. Banners. oennants. balloons and streamers: <br /> <br />1. Banners, pennants, balloons and streamers are allowed one time only for a <br />change in use or a change in occupancy of the premises from fourteen days <br />prior to the change in use or occupancy until thirty days after the change in <br />use or occupancy. <br /> <br />2. One banner sign is allowed on a premises whose primary roadway is SR <br />436, US 17-92, or Seminola Boulevard during any period of road <br />construction projected to last for a period of six months or more and <br />involving more than one continuous mile of roadway. Such banner signs are <br />allowed only for the duration of the roadway construction. Such banner signs <br />shall not exceed a vertical dimension of four feet and a length of more than <br />75 percent of the frontage of any building located on the premises, and they <br />shall not face residential areas. Banner signs must be substantially attached <br />to a building, as opposed to being mounted on poles. <br /> <br />C. Inflatable sians: Inflatable signs shall be allowed only one (1) time per year per <br />premises, and for not more than seven (7) consecutive days. The inflatable sign <br />shall not exceed a height of thirty (30) feet nor exceed a maximum of three hundred <br />(300) square feet of sign area. <br /> <br />D. Political camoaign sians: Political campaign signs may be placed on private <br />property, and shall be removed within fourteen (14) days after the final election <br />applicable to the office. <br /> <br />Section 3-16.5.
