Directional sians: Each premises may have a maximum of two (2) <br />directional signs except premises with two (2) roadway frontage may <br />have four (4) directional signs. <br /> <br />5. Maximum height: <br /> <br />a. The maximum height of a ground sign is 15 feet above the crown of <br />the road. Sign height is measured from the elevation of the roadway <br />crown located adjacent to the sign structure. <br /> <br />b. The maximum height of a facade sign is the lower of the roof line or <br />the facia. <br /> <br />c. The maximum height of a directional sign is four (4) feet above the <br />crown of the road. <br /> <br />6. Location: A sign structure may be erected at the property line; provided, <br />however, that no part of the sign projects over the property line and that no <br />part of the sign is closer than ten feet to the paved surface of the road <br />adjacent to the sign structure. No sign shall project over public property. <br /> <br />C. Residential zonina districts: On premises signs are permitted provided that the <br />total sign area may not exceed six (6) square feet. <br /> <br />D Subdivision sians: <br /> <br />1. Number: A maximum of two (2) subdivision signs are permitted for each <br />subdivision. <br /> <br />2. Location and placement: Subdivision signs may be located in any zoning <br />district; provided, however, that the development is a permitted or approved <br />use in such a district. Such signs shall not be located nearer than 25 feet <br />from any intersection of any street rights-of-way. <br /> <br />3. Sign area and elevation: Subdivision signs shall not exceed a total of 48 <br />square feet of sign area or a maximum height of 15 feet above the elevation <br />of the crown of the road adjacent to the sign structure location. <br /> <br />E. Fire lane and fire zone signs: See the Casselberry Fire Prevention Code adopted <br />in Section 42-31 of the Code of Ordinances. <br /> <br />F.
