Strategic Plan <br />2009 - 2012 <br />Values <br />Quality <br />We take pride in providing community facilities, services, and programs that are progressive in <br />nature. We hold ourselves accountable and behave in an ethical and responsible manner. <br />Customer Service <br />We actively seek to identify, meet, and exceed customer wants and needs. Our service delivery <br />is progressive, responding to requests and always being open to suggestions. We treat our <br />customers as we would want to be treated and deliver the highest level of service possible. <br />Excellence <br />We continue a tradition of creativity and innovation in the delivery of programs and services. We <br />seek out and apply innovative approaches in providing the best service. We openly share our <br />successes and areas needing improvement with others to effect continuous improvement to the <br />standards of excellence. <br />Communication <br />We are committed to clear, effective, timely, regular communication with our community, <br />welcoming input from them. <br />Partnership <br />We accept the responsibility of developing and encouraging community partnerships.
