CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING OCTOBER 09,2008 PAGE 4 Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor, advised the Code Enforcement Board that the above case 08- 01874 was not in compliance as of 10/09/2008 and that the fine set by the Board should be imposed. Charlene Glancy made a motion that Respondents in CEB Case # 08-01874 did not comply with the Code Enforcement Board's Order of 09/16/2008 by the date specified in that Order and that the fme will be imposed as set forth in that Order. Alvera Armour seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. CE 08-01707 251 Triplet Lake Drive Silva.. David & Natalie/owners Disabled/unlicensed vehicles 3-10.9 & 82-13 c Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor, advised the Code Enforcement Board that the above case 08- 01707 was not in compliance as of 10/09/2008 and that the fine set by the Board should be imposed. Fahimlowner Dead tree 3-10.3 (C)(I) Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor, advised the Code Enforcement Board that the above case 08- 01913 was not in compliance as of 10/09/2008. CES Brown advised that the CEB directed the City to abate the situation, due to the risk to the community. The City has obtained a quote from a contractor to take care of it; the service will be scheduled for sometime during the upcoming week. The fine set by the CEB should be imposed until brought into compliance by the contractor or the property owner. Alvera Armour made a motion that Respondent in CEB Case # 08-01913 did not comply with the Code Enforcement Board's Order of 09/16/2008 by the date specified in that Order and that the fme will be imposed adding $360.00 additional fees for the work done by the City. Robert C. Flint seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. CE-08-02342 460 Lowndes Sq Narain.. Gurduttlowner Oven!rown property 70-2 (C) Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor, advised the Code Enforcement Board that the above case was non-compliant as of 10/09/2008, there has been no contact with the property owner.
