CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING OCTOBER 09, 2008 PAGE 2 SUBSEQUENT HEARINGS CE-00183 & 08-00726 208 Bridle Path Soule, George/owner 70-2 (C) Overgrown property & Trash & debris Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor gave testimony for the above case # 08-00183. CES Brown stated this property was non-compliant for seven days and therefore a fine of$525.00 should be imposed. Debra Babb-Nutcher asked ifthere was a fine for the expense (for abatement). CES Brown stated there would be one for the recording of the fine/lien. Brenda Jones, Recording Secretary stated the cost would be $60.00; however the statement was not in yet. Discussion. Robert C. Flint made a motion to fmd that Respondent in CEB Case # 08-00183 did not comply with the Code Enforcement Board's Order of 09/16/2008 by the date specified in that Order and that the fme will be imposed as set forth in that Order. The violation has since complied 09/25/2008 and therefore, a fme in the amount of $585.00, and, including the contractor services is herby imposed. Alvera Armour seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor gave testimony for the above case # 08-00726. CES Brown stated this property was non-compliant for seven days and therefore a fine of $525.00, $60.00 for recording and additional expenses for the actual services rendered were requested. Robert C. Flint made a motion to fmd that Respondent in CEB Case # 08-00726 did not comply with the Code Enforcement Board's Order of 09/16/2008 by the date specified in that Order and that the fme ,vm be imposed as set forth in that Order. The violation has since complied 09/25/2008 and therefore, a fme in the amount of $585.00, plus contractor service costs are herby imposed. Alvera Armour seconded the motion. Elizabeth/owner Property Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor gave testimony that this property is now in compliance and no fine should be imposed. Alvera Armour made a motion that Respondent in CEB Case # 08-00790 have complied with the Code Enforcement Board's Order of 09/16/2008 by the date specified in that order and no fme will be imposed. Robert C. Flint seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
