CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING OCTOBER 09, 2008 The City of Casselberry's Code Enforcement Board held its regular meeting Thursday, October 09, 2008, at 7 :00 p.m., City of Casselberry Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. Richard L. Henderson, Chairperson, called the meeting to order at 7:08 pm. Alvera Armour; Vice-Chairperson led the Pledge of Allegiance. Mr. Henderson outlined the Format for Proceedings and read the Advice to the Public that appears on the Official Notice concerning appeals of decisions ofthe Code Enforcement Board. CITY STAFF PRESENT Debra Babb-Nutcher, Assistant City Attorney Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor Michele Lawrence, Code Enforcement Officer Luis Rivera, Code Enforcement Officer Marlene Broman, Code Enforcement Officer Brenda Jones, Recording Secretary ROLL CALL Richard L. Henderson - Chairperson-Present Alvera Armour - Vice Chairperson- Present Robert C. Flint - Present Kathleen A. Hale - Present Charlene Glancy - Present Paul L. McKernan - Absent Phillip Weekley - Present APPROVAL OF MINUTES Robert C. Flint made a motion to approve the minutes from the September 11, 2008 Code Enforcement Board Meeting. Alvera Armour seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. SWEARING IN OF THOSE IN ATTENDANCE Debra Babb-Nutcher, Assistant City Attorney, swore in those who would testify. INTRODUCTION OF CASES Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor advised all incidents discussed at the 10/09/2008 Hearing occurred within the incorporated City limits of Casselberry. All testimony, photographs, presentation and witnesses' testimony are an offered as part of the official record. CES Brown then read the list of cases that would be heard as Subsequent Hearings.
