Box 2873 Orlando, FL 32802-2873 WARRANTY DEED THIS WARRANTY DEED made the day of ,2008, by the CITY OF CASSELBERRY, a Florida municipal corporation, (hereinafter called the Grantor) whose address is 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, FL 32707 to CASSELBERRY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, an entity created pursuant to Part III of Chapter 163, Florida Statutes, whose address is 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, FL 32707, (hereinafter called the Grantee). WIT N E SSE T H: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00, and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey, and confirm unto the Grantee all that certain land situate in Seminole County, Florida, viz: Property Tax ID Number: 08-21-30-530-0000-0030 SEE EXHIBIT "A", ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF. TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever. AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that the Grantors are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the Grantors have good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land, and hereby warrant the title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31,2007.
