Undevelooed residential orooerties <br />mav be fenced uoon aooroval by the Administrative Official of the location and material tvoe. <br /> <br />SECTION 4: Part III, Unified Land Development Regulation Section 3-10.9(A)(1)(C), <br />Single-Family district parking (R-12.5, R-9, R-B, and PRD), is hereby revised as follows: <br /> <br />*** <br /> <br />Section 3-10.9(A)(1 )(C) Single-Family district parking (R-12.5, R-9, R-B, and PRD) <br />1) Vehicles defined as a Large Vehicle due solely to having a total commercial copy area <br />greater than four (4) square feet, or greater than two (2) square feet on anyone side, <br />shall be parked in a garage, carport, or screened side or rear yard. <br />2) Vehicles defined as a Large Vehicle due to having any amount of copy area on the rear <br />of the vehicle shall be parked in a garage, or screened side or rear yard. <br />3) Vehicles seHnea as a Lar-ge Vehicles SHe solely to having accessories or attachments <br />(racks and similar structures) designed to haul, store, or transport eqHipment Jna!or <br />materials sHch as ladders, pipes, hoses, cord, scaffolding and the like shall be parked in <br />a garage or carport. <br />4) Non-recreational utility trailers less than 20 feet in length shall be parked in a garage, <br />carport, or screened side or rear yard. <br /> <br />*** <br /> <br />SECTION 5 - SEVERABILITY. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 6 . CODIFICATION. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City of <br /> <br />Casselberry, Florida, and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become <br /> <br />Ordinance 08-1251 <br />Page 4 of 5 <br />
