<br />ORDINANCE 08-1251 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING <br />SELECTED SECTIONS OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES, PART III, <br />UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, AMENDING SECTION 2-5.3, <br />LAND USE BY DISTRICTS, OF ARTICLE V, ZONING DISTRICT <br />REGULATIONS, OF CHAPTER II, DISTRICT AND GENERAL REGULATIONS, <br />TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL PROHIBITED USES; AMENDING ARTICLE VII, <br />SECTION 2-7.10, FENCES AND WALLS, TO CLARIFY VARIOUS CRITERIA <br />FOR FENCES AND WALLS; AMENDING ARTICLE X, SECTION 3-10.9, <br />PARKING IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS TO CLARIFY PARKING OF VEHICLES <br />WITH RACKS AND ATTACHMENTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, <br />CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Part III, Unified Land Development Regulations, of the Code of <br />Ordinances of the City of Casselberry was adopted by Ordinance No. 757 by the Casselberry City <br />Commission on March 1, 1993 with a March 1, 1993 effective date; and <br />WHEREAS, prohibited uses enumerated within the Comprehensive Plan are not included <br />in Section 2-5.3, of Part III, Unified Land Development Regulations, of the Code of Ordinances of <br />the City of Casselberry; and <br />WHEREAS, the location of a six foot high fence or wall in a residential district provided <br />in Part III, Unified Land Development Regulations Section 2-7.10, Fences and Wall, requires <br />clarification; and <br />WHEREAS, the parking location for vehicles with accessories or attachments provided <br />in Part III, Unified Land Development Regulation Section 3-10.9(A)(1)(C), Single-Family district <br />parking (R-12.5, R-9, R-B, and PRD) requires clarification; and <br />WHEREAS, words with double underlined type shall constitute additions to the original <br />text and strike tRreH~R shall constitute deletions to the original text. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The foregoing whereas clauses are incorporated herein as legislative <br />findings by this reference and made a part hereof for all intents and purposes. <br />
