Because this is an unanticipated emergency repair, a budget amendment is necessary to increase funds to this account to compensate so that sufficient funds will be available for routine repair and maintenance for the remainder of the fiscal year. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Budget Amendment #09-002. D. Resolution 08-1939 - Casselberry Commercial Center Replat "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE REPLAT FOR CASSELBERRY COMMERCIAL CENTER; ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF EASEMENTS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 08-1939 provides for the replat of the properties within the Casselberry Commercial Center that created the current Target parcel due to the Melody Lane Realignment Project. The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the replat at their September 10, 2008 meeting and referred it to the City Commission for approval upon revisions required by the City Surveyor and the City Attorney. Those revisions have been incorporated into the replat as requested. The replat was required by Target as part of the agreement for the transfer of property. The City is documenting the property impacts as required by the agreement. Budget Impact: This item has no impact on the budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended approval of Resolution 08-1939. E. Resolution 08-1946 - Agreement with TBE GrouP. Inc. For GIS Professional Services "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH TBE GROUP, INC. (TBE) FOR GIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 08-1946 provides for an agreement between the City and TBE Group, Inc. For GIS professional services. Budget Impact: GIS professional services are invoiced on an as-needed hourly basis per the rates established in the agreement, and are charged to the department requiring assistance. Each Department has established an adequate operating budget to cover costs associated with GIS services rendered. Recommendation: The City Manager, the Finance Director, and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 08-1946.
