Ms. Smith explained that the Ampol

Holdings' project, located at the intersection of Seminola Boulevard and Murphy Road, was reviewed by the Planning and

Zoning Commission in September 2007. The Planning and Zoning Commission approved the landscape mitigation plan and

allowed one year for completion of the work. She explained the one year time frame is about to expire and the applicant has

provided a letter requesting an extension. Ms. Smith explained that

the approval letter date is used to determine the expiration of the compliance date.

Ms. Smith said approximately $600,000 worth of work has been done on the site. A brief discussion ensued

regarding distribution of the applicant's letter to the Commission and it was decided staff would retain the letter until it is

scheduled for review by the Planning and Zoning Commission.

There being no further business to come before the Board, motion was made, seconded, and passed to adjourn.

Tapes of the meeting are available as a matter of public record.
