CITY OF CASSELBERRY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION! LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency held a public hearing on August 9, 2006, at 6:30 P,M. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. Members present: Paul D, Kelley, Chairman David Burlingame, Vice Chairman David Henson Michael Buchanan Harley Parkhurst Stanley Weinroth Nathan Van Meter, Jr, Edmund Bakalla (alternate) Staff members present: Sandra Smith, Chief Planner Joni Dixon, Sr. Staff Assistant First Item of Business: Approval of Minutes for the Public Hearing held on Wednesday, July 26,2006. Mr, Kelley stated the Chair was open for a motion on the approval of minutes for the public hearing held on Wednesday, July 26, 2006, Mr. Weinroth moved to accept the July 26, 2006 minutes. Mr, Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. The agenda order was modified. Second Item of Business: LPA 06.16: Centex Homes: Ordinance amending ULOR Section 2-7.26(0)(1)0), Pool Enclosures. Property located within the Seminola Boulevard Overlay Oistrict SBOO), Casselberry, Florida. Ms, Sandra Smith, Acting Community Development Director, reviewed the information provided in her memorandum dated August 4, 2006 to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community Development Department), Ms, Smith requested a favorable recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission to the City Commission regarding the proposed amendment to the Unified Land Development Regulations to require one offset rather than two offsets at the rear of the structures to accommodate the air conditioning and pool equipment. The Planning and Zoning Commission had no questions for the applicant.
