<br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br /> <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION! <br />LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY <br /> <br />The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency held a public hearing on <br /> <br />August 9, 2006, at 6:30 P,M. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, Triplet Lake Drive, <br />Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />Members present: <br /> <br />Paul D, Kelley, Chairman <br />David Burlingame, Vice Chairman <br />David Henson <br />Michael Buchanan <br />Harley Parkhurst <br />Stanley Weinroth <br />Nathan Van Meter, Jr, <br />Edmund Bakalla (alternate) <br /> <br />Staff members present: <br /> <br />Sandra Smith, Chief Planner <br />Joni Dixon, Sr. Staff Assistant <br /> <br />First Item of Business: Approval of Minutes for the Public Hearing held on Wednesday, July 26,2006. <br />Mr, Kelley stated the Chair was open for a motion on the approval of minutes for the public hearing held on <br /> <br />Wednesday, July 26, 2006, Mr. Weinroth moved to accept the July 26, 2006 minutes. Mr, Henson seconded the motion. The <br /> <br />motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />The agenda order was modified. <br /> <br />Second Item of Business: LPA 06.16: Centex Homes: Ordinance amending ULOR Section 2-7.26(0)(1)0), Pool <br />Enclosures. Property located within the Seminola Boulevard Overlay Oistrict SBOO), Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />Ms, Sandra Smith, Acting Community Development Director, reviewed the information provided in her memorandum <br /> <br />dated August 4, 2006 to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community <br />Development Department), Ms, Smith requested a favorable recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission to <br /> <br />the City Commission regarding the proposed amendment to the Unified Land Development Regulations to require one offset <br /> <br />rather than two offsets at the rear of the structures to accommodate the air conditioning and pool equipment. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission had no questions for the applicant. <br />
