No one came forward. <br /> <br />Mr. Kelley asked for a motion to address ZB 06-06. Mr. Van Meter recommended approval of ZB 06-06 as <br /> <br />presented by staff, Mr. Weinroth seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />Third Item of Business: SPR 06-18 & CU 06-14: First Baptist Church of Casselberry. Extension of site plan <br />(SPR 05-01 and SPR 06-10) and conditional use (CU 05-16) approvals. Property located at no Seminola <br />Boulevard, Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />Mr, Matt Dorsten, Planner, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated July 20, 2006, to <br /> <br />the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community Development <br />Department). Mr, Dorsten stated the Community Development Department supports the request to extend the site <br /> <br />plan approval of SPR 05-01 and SPR 06-10. He said upon review of the request, the Planning and Zoning <br /> <br />Commission's motion regarding SPR 06-18, an extension request of site plan SPR 05-01 and SPR 06-10, located at <br /> <br />770 Seminola Boulevard, should be based on the site plan dated April 15, 2005, the findings of fact and conclusions <br /> <br />of the staff report dated July 20, 2006 and the conditions outlined in the staff report which were: <br /> <br />1. The proposed site plan shall be approved as presented, All general notes included in the site plan <br />paCkage shall be adhered to and followed by the applicant, the property owner, future owners and <br />their successors and assigns, <br />2. The site plan approval shall be valid for one year upon approval by the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission. An extension request must be submitted prior to the expiration. <br />3. Improvements in Phase 1 (grading, handicap parking, and sodding) as proposed in SPR 05-01, <br />shall be completed prior to August 1, 2007, <br />4, The site improvements proposed in SPR 05-01 phase 2 shall be fully executed prior to August 1, <br />2008, <br />5. No construction shall begin prior to the issuance of site engineering permits by the City's Public <br />Works Department. <br /> <br />(CU 06-14) <br /> <br />Mr, Dorsten stated the Community Development Department supports the request to extend the conditional <br />use approval of CU 06-14. He said upon review of the request, the Planning and Zoning Commission's motion <br />regarding conditional use CU 06-14, an extension request of CU 05-16, located at 770 Seminola Boulevard, should <br />be based on the site plan dated April 15, 2005, the findings of fact and conclusions of the staff report dated July 20, <br /> <br />2006 and the conditions outlined in the staff report which were: <br />
