<br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br /> <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION! <br />LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY <br /> <br />The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency held a public hearing on <br />Wednesday, July 2006, at 6:30 P.M. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, <br />Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />Members present: <br /> <br />Paul D, Kelley, Chairman <br />David Burlingame, Vice Chairman <br />David Henson <br />Michael Buchanan <br />Harley Parkhurst <br />Stanley Weinroth <br />Nathan Van Meter, Jr. <br />Edmund Bakalla (alternate) <br /> <br />Staff members present: <br /> <br />Eugene Miller, Interim City Manager <br />Matt Dorsten, Planner <br />Joni Dixon, Sr, Staff Assistant <br /> <br />First Item of Business: Approval of Minutes for the Public Hearing held on Wednesday, July 12, 2006. <br />Mr. Kelley stated the Chair was open for a motion on the approval of minutes for the public hearing held on <br />Wednesday, July 12, 2006. Mr, Parkhurst moved to accept the July 12, 2006 minutes. Mr, Buchanan seconded the <br /> <br />motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />Mr, Henson arrived at the meeting at 6:35 p,m, <br /> <br />Second Item of Business: ZB 06-06: Starbucks & AmScot: Zoning change from CG (Commercial General) to <br />PMX-H (High IntensitylMedium Density Residential) for 168, 174-190 State Road 436 in the Casselberry <br />Exchange Shopping Plaza, Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />Mr. Matt Dorsten, Planner, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated July 18, 2006, to the <br /> <br />City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community Development Department). <br /> <br />Mr. Dorsten said the applicant was not present. <br />
