<br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br /> <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION/ <br />LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY <br /> <br />The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency held a public hearing on <br /> <br />Wednesday, July 12, 2006, at 6:30 P.M. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, <br /> <br />Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />Members present: <br /> <br />Paul D. Kelley, Chairman <br />David Burlingame, Vice Chairman <br />David Henson <br />Michael Buchanan <br />Harley Parkhurst <br />Stanley Weinroth <br />Nathan Van Meter, Jr. <br />Edmund Bakalla (alternate) <br /> <br />Staff members present: <br /> <br />Matt Dorsten, Planner <br />Chuck Senzee, Planner <br />Joni Dixon, Sr. Staff Assistant <br /> <br />First Item of Business: Approval of Minutes for the Public Hearing held on Wednesday, June 28,2006. <br /> <br />Mr. Kelley stated the Chair was open for a motion on the approval of minutes for the public hearing held on <br /> <br />Wednesday, June 28, 2006. Mr. Parkhurst moved to accept the June 28, 2006 minutes. Mr. Henson seconded the <br /> <br />motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />Second Item of Business: SPR 05-13: Hirst & Junico Properties. Major site plan review to realign the internal <br />traffic pattern and drainage plan for the western portion (Lot 5) of the subject property (which has an existing <br />4000 square foot building) and to construct a 7000 square foot building and the required infrastructure (i.e. <br />parking, drainage, landscaping, etc.) on the eastern portion (Lot 6). Property located at 1043 and 1059 Seminola <br />Blvd., Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />Mr. Matt Dorsten, Planner, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated June 29, 2006, to the <br /> <br />City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community Development Department). Mr. <br /> <br />Dorsten stated upon review of the site redevelopment proposal, the Community Development Department supports the <br /> <br />site plan. He said the Planning and Zoning Commission's approval of SPR 05.13 for the Hirst and Junico Properties, <br /> <br />located at 1043 & 1059 Seminola Boulevard, is based on the site plan dated June 21, 2006, the findings of fact and <br />
