Mr. Weinroth moved to accept the June 14, 2006 minutes. Mr. Buchanan seconded the <br /> <br />motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />Second Item of Business: ZB 06-04: KinQdom Hall Continued. Zoning change from R-9 to RMF-13 for the <br />property located at 750 Seminola Boulevard. <br /> <br />The case number shown on the staff report was corrected to ZB 06-04. Mr. Matt Dorsten, Planner, <br /> <br />reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated June 22, 2006, to the City of Casselberry Planning and <br />Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community Development Department).
