The designated parking area is a parking area created in <br />addition to the driveway. The designated parking area shall be restricted to one (1) <br />additional ten (10) foot wide land that shall be parallel, and adjacent to, the driveway and <br />five (5) feet from the property line. <br />7. Changed Section 3-10.9.3(b): Unlicensed or Inoperative Vehicles. All vehicles shall be fully <br />licensed and operable. Within tftifly ten (10) business days from receipt of a written notice of <br />code violation from the City, an unlicensed and/or inoperable vehicle in any residential area <br />shall be currently licensed and operable or the vehicle shall be fully screened in the garage <br />or carport or removed from the property. <br />8. Changed Section 3-10.9.B.1: Vehicle Parking Permit. The Planning and Zoning <br />Cornrnission Board of Adiustment shall have the power to issue a vehicle parking permit to <br />allow a prohibited vehicle, recreational oquipment, or government vehicle that does not meet <br />the dimensional requirements of this Section to be parked in a residential area undor cortlin <br />circl:lrnstanoos with approved conditions. The application for the Vehicle Parking Permit <br />shall be processed in conformance with the requirements of ULDR Section 1-2.6.0, Rules of <br />Procedure. <br />9. Changed Section 3-10.9.B.2(f): The City of Casselberry will provide a Vehicle Parking <br />Permit decal to be plJcod on the roar p::mol of vohiclos or oquiprnont appmvod for a Vehiclo <br />Parking Permit upon pavment of a fee and such decal shall be placed on the vehicle Qr <br />eauipment in a manner that is clearlv visible from the street. The permit shall be renewed <br />annuallv. <br />A discussion ensued regarding the parking permit fee and possible color coding options to assist the <br />Code Enforcement Department in determining expired parking permits. <br />After a brief discussion it was decided that staff would make the necessary revisions and schedule this item <br /> <br />as a public hearing. <br /> <br />Mr. Burlingame asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition <br /> <br />to, the request. No one came forward. <br /> <br />Fourth Item of Business: Other Business. <br /> <br />In response to the Board's question, Ms. Smith updated the Board on the Cambridge Oaks project located <br /> <br />at Highway17/92 and Plumosa Avenue.
