Mr. Casselberry questioned <br /> <br />the liability issues involved when vehicles park in the street <br /> <br />Mr. Kelley asked for a motion to address LPA 06-04. Mr. Henson recommended approval of LPA 06-04 with the <br />modification to Section 3 to read: "The Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry Part II, Article 82, Section 82-134, <br /> <br />"Parking of large vehicles in non-residential districts.", is hereby amended as follows:" Mr. Buchanan seconded the motion. <br /> <br />The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />Seventh Item of Business: Other Business: Code of Boardsmanship. <br /> <br />Ms. Sandra Smith, Acting Community Development Director, reviewed staff's memo dated May 3, 2006 (a copy is on <br /> <br />file in the Community Development Department). The Code of Boardmanship form was reviewed and the Commission said <br /> <br />the form would be signed at the time the member is appointed to the Commission. <br /> <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding a moratorium for multi-family development and park impact fees. <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding the procedure for public meetings/hearings. Ms. Smith explained that the <br /> <br />applicant and staff should have an opportunity to speak after the public input portion of the meeting.
