Continued. <br />Workshop to review Sections A2, A3, and B regarding parking of recreational eauipment in residential districts, <br />including a temporary use permit. <br /> <br />Ms. Sandra Smith, Acting Community Development Director, reviewed the information provided in her memorandum <br /> <br />dated May 3, 2006, to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community <br /> <br />Development Department). A discussion ensued regarding paving of the equipment storage area. <br /> <br />Mr. Kelley asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, the <br /> <br />request. No one came forward. <br /> <br />Mr. Kelley asked for a motion to address LPA 06-08. Mr. Henson recommended approval of the draft ordinance to <br /> <br />be brought back as a public hearing to the Planning and Zoning Commission. Mr. Buchanan seconded the motion. The <br /> <br />motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />The agenda order was modified to move agenda items number 5 and 6. <br /> <br />Fourth Item of Business: SPR 05-22, SP 06-03 & CU 05-14: Howell Branch Corners. Major site plan, conditional use <br />and preliminary plat review for a two-building retaiVrestaurant development located at the northwest corner of SR 436 <br />and Howell Branch Road. <br /> <br />Mr. Matt Dorsten, Planner, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated May 5, 2006, to the City of <br />Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community Development Department). Mr. Dorsten <br />stated, based on the conditions of approval, staff is in support of the site plan, conditional use and the plat.
