<br />Planning & Zoning Commission! <br />Local Planning Agency <br />April 26, 2006 <br />Page 9 <br /> <br />Edmund Bakalla Yes <br />David Burlingame Yes <br />Stanley Weinroth Yes <br />David Henson Yes <br /> <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Ninth Item of Business: CU 06-07: Richard Dickinson. Conditional use approval to allow the applicant to <br />continue the use of an existing dock. Property located at 542 Queens Mirror Circle, Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />Mr. Matt Dorsten, Planner, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated April 21,2006, to <br /> <br />the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community Development <br />Department). Mr. Dorsten made a correction to the staff report stating there is no boathouse. Mr. Dorsten said upon <br /> <br />review of the conditional use request, the Planning and Zoning Commission's approval of CU 06-07 for a private dock <br />located on Queens Mirror Lake at 542 Queens Mirror Circle, is based on the property survey dated July 25, 2002, the <br />construction plan package dated March 16, 2006, findings of fact and conclusions of the staff report dated April 21, <br /> <br />2006, and the conditions outlined in the staff report which are: <br /> <br />1. The dock shall be built in accordance with the dimensions and specifications of the property survey <br />(Attachment B), the construction plan package (Attachment C) and as detailed in the staff report. <br />2. The dock shall not be enlarged in any way. <br />3. The dock must be properly lighted between the hours of sunset and sunrise in accordance with Section <br />94-6 of the City CODE. Lighting must be provided prior to the final inspection. <br />4. The construction and maintenance of the dock shall be in accordance with the requirements of all <br />applicable state agencies and the City's ULDR. <br />5. The applicant is to apply for a building permit for the canopy/ tent like structure. If the canopy/ tent like <br />structure cannot be permitted, it must be removed immediately. <br />6. A building permit for the dock shall be applied for within fifteen days of the approval and a final <br />inspection shall be obtained within ninety days of the issuance of the building permit. <br />7. All of the above conditions shall be fully and faithfully executed or the conditional use shall become null <br />and void. <br /> <br />A discussion ensued regarding modification to the dock. Mr. Burlingame asked the applicant to come <br /> <br />forward. Mr. Richard Dickinson, 542 Queens Mirror Circle, Casselberry, Florida came forward. Mr. Dickinson stated <br /> <br />that the canopy structure has been removed from the dock. Mr. Dickinson stated that the electric cord shown in the <br />photo in the staff report was used for a radio. Mr. Dickinson stated that he would comply with the Planning and <br /> <br />Zoning Commission requirements. <br />
