<br />Planning & Zoning Commission! <br />Local Planning Agency <br />April 26, 2006 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />necessary input to staff. Mr. Dorsten requested a recommendation to the City Commission. He explained after both <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Commission have reviewed and approved the SBESAS, staff <br /> <br />would prepare a formal ordinance to adopt the SBESAS. Mr. Dorsten said at the time of the Ordinance, both boards <br /> <br />would have a final chance to review the document. <br /> <br />Mr. Henson made a motion to accept the report as presented by staff and forward to the City Commission <br /> <br />with a favorable recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission. ParkinQ of vehicles in residential districts. <br />Continued. Workshop to finalize an ordinance establishing criteria for prohibited vehicles, including parking <br />and screening requirements. <br /> <br />Ms. Sandra Smith, Acting Community Development Director, reviewed the information provided in her <br /> <br />memorandum dated April 17, 2006, to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in <br />the Community Development Department). Ms. Smith explained that prior to the meeting Mr. Van Meter requested <br />adding pickup trucks without a bed to Section 3-10.9(4). A brief discussion ensued regarding pickup trucks without a <br /> <br />bed and also lift gate. <br /> <br />Ms. Smith said the criteria for equipment is not included in the ordinance but would be addressed in the <br /> <br />cover letter. Ms. Smith said this would have the same effective date as the other ordinances revising this Code <br /> <br />section. <br /> <br />A discussion ensued regarding parking of prohibited vehicles in multi-family residential districts. It was <br />stated that prohibited vehicles could be parked in designated parking areas in multi-family residential districts with a <br />conditional use review.
