Mr. Van Meter recommended continuing CU 06-05 to the May <br /> <br />10,2006 meeting to allow the applicant to work with staff regarding the site plan. Mr. Buchanan seconded the motion. The <br /> <br />motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />Third Item of Business: SP 06-04: Northeast Industrial Park. Preliminary Plat review for a nine-lot subdivision on the <br />realigned Winter Park Drive from Gee Creek to Belle Avenue. <br /> <br />Ms. Smith, Acting Community Development Director, reviewed the information provided in her memorandum dated April <br /> <br />4, 2006, to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (copy on file in the Community Development <br /> <br />Department). Ms. Smith requested that the Planning and Zoning Commission make a favorable recommendation to the City <br /> <br />Commission of the preliminary plat for the Northeast Industrial Park, based on the information provided in the staff report, <br /> <br />dated April 4, 2006, the attached preliminary plat dated March 22, 2006, and the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The preliminary plat shall be approved by the City Attorney and City Surveyor prior to review by the City <br />Commission. The 10' utility easement shall be dedicated specifically to the City of Casselberry. <br />2. Upon completion of the infrastructure or upon issuance of a performance bond, the final plat shall be reviewed <br />by the City. Upon approval of the final plat and the subsequent recording, the City will be entitled to sell the <br />individual lots. <br /> <br />3. The final plat shall be submitted in the following form prior to review by the City Commission: fourteen (14) 11" x <br />17" copies and four (4) 20" x 24" copies. <br /> <br />Mr. Henson asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, the <br /> <br />request. No one came forward. <br /> <br />Mr. Henson asked for a motion to address SP 06-04. Mr. Parkhurst recommended a favorable recommendation of <br /> <br />SP 06-04 to the City Commission as set forth in staff's memo dated April 4, 2006. Mr. Van Meter seconded the motion. The <br /> <br />motion passed unanimously by a voice vote. <br /> <br />Fourth Item of Business: LPA 05-17: Seminola Boulevard Eastside Small Area StudY. Workshop to review the <br />findings and recommendations resulting from the citizen input and staff analysis for the properties located on <br />Seminola Boulevard between Winter Park Drive and the Legacy Park Planned Development. <br /> <br />Fifth Item of Business: LPA 06-04: ULDR Section 3-10.9. ParkinQ of vehicles in residential districts. Workshop to <br />finalize an ordinance establishing criteria for prohibited vehicles, including parking and screening requirements. <br /> <br />Sixth Item of Business: LPA 06-08: ULDR Section 3-10.9, ParkinQ in residential districts. Workshop to review <br />Sections A2, A3, and B regarding parking of recreational equipment in single-family and multi-family zoning districts <br />and providing a temporary use permit. <br />
