CITY OF CASSELBERRY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSIONI LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency held a public hearing on Wednesday, March 22, 2006 at 6:30 P.M. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. Members present: Paul D. Kelley, Chairman David Burlingame, Vice Chairman David Henson Michael Buchanan Harley Parkhurst Nathan Van Meter Stanley Weinroth Edmund Bakalla (Alternate) Staff members present: Richard W. Wells, Community Development Director Sandra Smith, Chief Planner Matt Dorsten, Planner Jimette Cook, Code Enforcement Officer Joni Dixon, Sr. Staff Assistant First Item of Business: Approval of Minutes for the Public Hearing held on Wednesday, March 8, 2006. Mr. Kelley stated the Chair was open for a motion on the approval of minutes for the public hearing held on Wednesday, March 8, 2006. The following change was made to the minutes: "Mr. Burlingame Mr. Kelley stated the Chair was open for a motion on the approval of minutes for the public hearing held on Wednesday, February 22, 2006". Mr. Weinroth moved to accept the March 8, 2006 minutes. Mr. Burlingame seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. Mr. Kelley stated that CU 06-05 Pathways to Care and LPA 06-05 Seminola Boulevard East Small Area Study have been postponed to the April 12, 2006 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. Second Item of Business: LPA 06-01 & ZB 06-01 Shoot Straiaht Continued. Future Land Use Change from Medium Density Residential (MDR) to Commercial (C) and zoning changes from R-2F {Two-Family Residential) to CG (Commercial General) for the property located at 11 Lemon Lane, Casselberry, Florida.
