<br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br /> <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSIONI <br />LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY <br /> <br />The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency held a public hearing on <br />Wednesday, March 22, 2006 at 6:30 P.M. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, <br />Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />Members present: <br /> <br />Paul D. Kelley, Chairman <br />David Burlingame, Vice Chairman <br />David Henson <br />Michael Buchanan <br />Harley Parkhurst <br />Nathan Van Meter <br />Stanley Weinroth <br />Edmund Bakalla (Alternate) <br /> <br />Staff members present: <br /> <br />Richard W. Wells, Community Development Director <br />Sandra Smith, Chief Planner <br />Matt Dorsten, Planner <br />Jimette Cook, Code Enforcement Officer <br />Joni Dixon, Sr. Staff Assistant <br /> <br />First Item of Business: Approval of Minutes for the Public Hearing held on Wednesday, March 8, 2006. <br />Mr. Kelley stated the Chair was open for a motion on the approval of minutes for the public hearing held on <br />Wednesday, March 8, 2006. The following change was made to the minutes: "Mr. Burlingame Mr. Kelley stated the Chair was <br /> <br />open for a motion on the approval of minutes for the public hearing held on Wednesday, February 22, 2006". Mr. Weinroth <br /> <br />moved to accept the March 8, 2006 minutes. Mr. Burlingame seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice <br /> <br />vote. <br /> <br />Mr. Kelley stated that CU 06-05 Pathways to Care and LPA 06-05 Seminola Boulevard East Small Area Study have <br /> <br />been postponed to the April 12, 2006 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Second Item of Business: LPA 06-01 & ZB 06-01 Shoot Straiaht Continued. Future Land Use Change from Medium <br />Density Residential (MDR) to Commercial (C) and zoning changes from R-2F {Two-Family Residential) to CG <br />(Commercial General) for the property located at 11 Lemon Lane, Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />Mr. Matt Dorsten, Planner, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated March 16,2006, to the City <br /> <br />of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (copy on file in the Community Development Department).
