Commercial copy area/advertising is defined and measured in the same manner as "sign area," as <br />defined in Article XVI, Signs, of the Unified Land Development Regulations. <br />2. The length and height measurement includes attachments and acoessory equipmont; 1.0., trailors, <br />'/.'inchos, ludders, toolboxes, hitches and tho liko. <br />3. Trailers (which are not self-propelled), including equipment thereon, and used in conjunction with a <br />commercial purpose are deemed commercial equipment and may not be parked in the City's rights-of- <br />way or in an area forward of the front faQade(s) of the principal building." <br /> <br />And the following changes: <br /> <br />1. Added: "Vehicles usinG reflective materials for commercial coov area are orohibited from overniaht <br />oarkino in a residential district." <br /> <br />2. Deleted width and weight criteria <br /> <br />3. Changed commercial vehicle to prohibited vehicle <br /> <br />It was decided that the following item would be discussed at the next meeting: <br /> <br />"Trailers (which are not self-propelled), including equipment thereon, and used in conjunction with <br />a commercial purpose are deemed commercial equipment and may not be parked in the City's <br />rights-of-way or in an area forward of the front fa9ade(s) of the principal building." <br /> <br />Ms. Smith stated she would incorporate the comments discussed at tonight's meeting into an ordinance format for <br /> <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission to review at the next meeting. She said parking requirements of prohibited vehicles <br /> <br />would be included for discussion. <br /> <br />Fourth Item of Business: Other Business: <br /> <br />Mr. Wells reviewed the time line for the Plumosa Avenue and U.S. Highway 17/92 intersection improvements.
