<br />Community Redevelopment Agency <br />October 13, 2006 <br />Page 6 016 <br /> <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding site plans for the CRA owned properties. It was decided that Mr. <br />would with Mr. Torres to prepare a proposal to develop conceptual site plans for the CRA owned <br /> <br />properties. <br /> <br />A discussion ensued regarding the properties that should included in the conceptual <br /> <br />plan. It was <br /> <br />decided that <br /> <br /> <br />would prepared for the three properties located at the <br /> <br />entrance and <br /> <br />property. <br /> <br />The motion <br /> <br />unanimously by <br /> <br />vote. <br /> <br />A brief <br /> <br />ownership of <br /> <br /> <br />property from <br /> <br />ownership to CRA ownership. Mr. Miller said the <br /> <br />planned to conduct a workshop and then schedule a meeting <br /> <br />with the newly seated City Commission as a joint workshop. Mr. Jones said it was important for the CRA <br /> <br />and the seated City Commission to <br /> <br />the history and background of CRA. <br /> <br />Mr. Dreier said that the Target outparcel and the Greenfield parcel are owned free and clear and the <br /> <br />Concord Center property is owned by the City and the CRA is paying the debt service on the note. <br />Mr. Kohler suggested the CRA authorize the Chairman to prepare a letter on behalf of the Board to the <br /> <br />County Commission and Mr. Fall personally thanking him for his years of <br /> <br /> <br />the importance he played. Mr. <br /> <br />Kohler said he would work with Mr. Daigle to draft a letter. Mr. Jones made a motion authorizing the CRA Chairman <br />to prepare a letter to the County Commission and Mr. Fall thanking him for his service. Mr. McGregor seconded the <br /> <br />motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:15 a.m. <br />Twelfth Item of Business: Adjournment to Workshop <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br />of the meeting are available as a matter of publiC record. <br /> <br /> <br />
