Mr. Casselberry said <br /> <br />the County website shows that the bond rating went up. Mr. <br /> <br />questioned the <br /> <br />tax revenue and the <br /> <br />funding payment. <br />Mr. McGregor suggested that site plans should be completed on the CRA owned property. Mr. McGregor <br /> <br />made motion to retain an engineering firm to complete site plans on the CRA owned properties and after the site <br /> <br />plans are received a motion could be made on the appraisal of the properties. Pastor Akers seconded the motion. <br />
