Community Redevelopment Agency
September 8, 2006

A brief discussion ensued regarding the Fern Park area of the CRA. Mr. Fall said that the Casselberry CRA Board

and the 17-92 Board need to meet as soon as the flyover plans are finalized to discuss properties in the area. A general

discussion ensued regarding the CRA's located along the Highway 17-92 corridor. Mr. Daigle encouraged the Board to listen
to Mr. Fall's presentation.

The Florida Redevelopment annual conference was discussed. Mr. Daigle asked the Board to notify Ms. Dixon

regarding the conference registration by Wednesday, September 13, 2006. Mr. Daigle explained the CRA would pay for the

registration

mileage, per diem of $60 per day, hotel and other

associated with the conference.

Ninth Item of Business: Public Comments

Mr. John Casselberry, 700 South Lost lake Lane, Casselberry, Florida came forward. Mr. Casselberry questioned

the location of the Civic Center. Mr. Casselberry was concerned that there may be too many auditoriums built in Seminole

County. Mr. Casselberry suggested that the City and County could establish an auditorium district so it would limit

competition with the auditoriums.

Mr. Casselberry questioned the development of the Nebel site.

Tenth Item of Business: Adjourn

There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned.

Tapes of the meeting are available as a matter of public record.
