Ms. Smith stated the <br /> <br />business owner has been notified. Ms. Smith stated that the color palette for the CRD is the Benjamin <br /> <br />Moore historical color palette or colors similar to that palette. Ms. Smith stated that information has been <br /> <br />added to the occupational license application stating that any businesses located in the CRD must speak <br /> <br />with a planner regarding any alterations to the building including paint color. <br /> <br />A discussion ensued regarding repayment of CRA incentive money should a business close. The <br /> <br />Board decided that a provision should be added to the CRA procedures for repayment of incentive money if <br /> <br />a business closes within a specified period of time. Mr. Fall stated he would provide information to help <br /> <br />develop criteria for repayment of incentive money. <br /> <br />Mr. Casselberry, 700 South Lost lake lane, Casselberry, Florida said he would not recommend <br /> <br />demolition of buildings until the new building is in place. A brief discussion ensued regarding leasing of the <br /> <br />property that the Department of Transportation has purchased for the US Highway 17/92 and State Road <br /> <br />436 intersection improvements. <br /> <br />A discussion ensued regarding extending the CRD on State Road 436. Mr. Fall suggested inviting <br /> <br />Mr. David Johnson, Seminole County Property Appraiser, to speak to the CRA Board regarding property <br /> <br />valuation.
