Ms. Smith said there is a footnote in the Code that allows a height <br />greater than 35 feet in the CG and mixed used zoning districts; however there are additional requirements to <br /> <br />the increased height. <br />Mr. Bob Buckley, 239 Lake Ellen Drive, Casselberry, Florida came forward. Mr. Buckley <br />questioned the color scheme for the rear of the building for the Cambridge Oaks project. Mr. Daigle <br /> <br />requested Ms. Smith to review the Community Redevelopment Standards for any requirements for the rear <br /> <br />of the building. Ms. Smith said a comment could be added to the staff report for the Planning and Zoning <br /> <br />Commission's review of the project. Mr. Daigle said the rear of the building should be addressed in the <br /> <br />CRD. <br /> <br />Mr. Lander questioned the vacancies on the Community Redevelopment Agency. A brief <br /> <br />discussion ensued regarding the City/County Board vacancies. <br /> <br />Eiahth Item of Business: Other Business. <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was <br /> <br /> <br />Tapes of the meeting are available as a matter of public record. <br /> <br />
