CITY OF CASSELBERRY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT The City of Casselberry Board of Adjustment held a public hearing on Thursday, June 22, 2006, at 6:30 P.M., in the Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. Members present were: Hal Billerbeck, Chairman Jonathon Miller Mary Anne Gauvin Earl McMullen Luis Guzman (alternate) Members absent were: Ed Bowman, Vice-Chairman Staff members present: Matt Dorsten, Planner Joni Dixon, Sr. Staff Assistant First Item of Business: Approval of Minutes for the public hearing held on Thursday, May 25, 2006. Mr. Billerbeck stated the Chair would entertain a motion on the approval of the minutes for the public hearing held on Thursday, May 25,2006. Mr. Miller moved to accept the May 25,2006 minutes. Mr. McMullen seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously by voice vote. Second Item of Business: Disclosure of Ex-Parte communications. There was no disclosure of ex-parte communications. Third Item of Business: BA 06-05: 275 Ball Park Road - TimiQeon Cetto. Variance request to Chapter II, Article VII, Section 2-7.9 "Accessory Structures," to allow an approximately 800 square foot accessory structure (to be utilized as a workshop! storage shed) in a front yard. Mr. Billerbeck asked the applicant to come forward. Mr. Timigeon Cetto, 275 Ball Park Road, Casselberry, Florida came forward. Mr. Cetto stated he lives in a small house and he needs additional living and storage space. Mr. Matt Dorsten, Planner, reviewed the background information and the analysis of the request, provided in his memorandum to the Board of Adjustment, dated June 16, 2006 (a copy is on file in the Community Development Department).
