This completes distribution to all property owners within the CRA district. <br /> <br />Annexation Efforts: Mr. Paradise and Ms. Lynch are continuing efforts to move <br />annexations fonvard. Several meetings have taken place and the staff is waiting for <br />response from the property various owners. Also, forty older, still valid annexation <br />petitions that were never recorded dating back through 2000 were recorded at the County <br />Clerk ofCoUlts so they would run with the property. <br /> <br />Buxton l\larketing Studv: This will provide updated marketing infonnation for the City <br />commercial areas as \vell as the C.R.A area itself. The Buxton group has received <br />suggestions from the Planning statY as to types of uses and some individual commercial <br />possibilities. They are cUlTently putting together a list of recommendations on specific <br />businesses that could be chosen from. The City may chose up to 10 specific individual <br />businesses to target. <br /> <br />Economic Development \Vebpage: Ms. Pamela Lynch has put together an Economic <br />Development Webpage as part of our City Website. She has been meeting with the <br />Image and Marketing committee and working with our Legal Council to provide a proper <br />"disclaimer" for the real estate section. We should be going live shortly. <br /> <br />Sale of Target Outparcels: The Sale of the properties has been advertised in the Orlando <br />Sentinel. Our Economic Development Coordinator has sent numerous developers packets of <br />infol1nation on these two properties. Two "For Sale" by owner signs are going up shortly on <br />the property.
