<br />Community Redevelopment Agency <br />September 12, 2008 <br />Page 5 of 5 <br /> <br />A general discussion ensued regarding the time frame of the project. Mr. Paradise stated that the Public Works <br /> <br />Department has the work schedule for the project. Mr. Paradise said that there is an additional $1 million for increased <br /> <br />landscaping along the perimeter of the project. <br /> <br />In response to Commissioner Solomon's question, Mr. Paradise said that FDOT has had discussions with the various <br /> <br />businesses located in the shopping plaza. He said the traffic will be maintained through the work area. <br /> <br />Ms. Lynch arrived at the meeting at 10:15 a.m. A general discussion ensued regarding the design of the State Road <br /> <br />436/Red Bug Lake Road fiyover project, the status of the Buffalo Wild Wings project and the future opening of three new <br /> <br />businesses in the Cambridge Oaks site. <br /> <br />Mr. John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, Casselberry, Florida came forward. Mr. Casselberry questioned the <br /> <br />location of prohibited payday loan establishments and stand alone facilities versus a multi-tenant location. Mr. Casselberry <br /> <br />questioned the location of the property line on the CRA owned property adjacent to the Target parcel. Mr. Paradise said that <br /> <br />property is being replatted. <br /> <br />Tapes of the meeting are available as a matter of public records. <br /> <br /> <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br />
