Section 64 - Creation of a Civil Service Board be a stand alone question. 14. New section - Initiative and Citizen Referendum be a stand alone question. 15. New section - Charter Review be a stand alone question. Committee Member Paul McKernan stated the review process undertaken by the Committee was very in depth, and he enjoyed being a part of it. Committee Member McKernan thanked the Firefighters who have been attending the Charter Review Advisory Committee meetings. Mayor Goff, on behalf ofthe City Commission, thanked the Charter Review Advisory Committee Members for their service. Committee Member Richard Henderson stated he appreciated the citizen attendance at the Charter Review Advisory Committee meetings of John Casselberry and Anthony Aramendia, as well as the Casselberry Firefighters. Committee Member Henderson also thanked Deputy City Clerk Donna Gardner for the preparation of the Committee Handbooks and the timely preparation of the minutes. Committee Member Charlene Glancy thanked Ms. Crotty for facilitating the charter review process. Committee Member Andrea Dennison stated she enjoyed serving on the Committee and that the debate was always fair, intelligent, and informative. Commissioner Miller stated he appreciated the Committee's service and commitment to the City. Commissioner Solomon thanked everyone for serving on the Committee. Ms. Lipscomb thanked the Committee Members for their service and time. 5.
